Petra Cloche

Knitting, Project #107
I knit this hat for a chorus friend in our recent concert featuring music from the 1940s. With this cloche over a blond wig, she looked perfectly in period. I realized when I was finished that my version with the brim up differs from the original pattern: Cathy Carron’s version has the brim down in the back. Next time, if making another brim-up cloche, I would make the diameter smaller to make the back fit more snugly.
