Summer Tuna Pasta Salad

Cook’s Notes: A delicious summer dinner that doesn’t heat up the kitchen. Serves 4.

4.9 oz pkg Knorr’s Sides Plus, Rotini with Broccoli
1 c frozen corn kernels
1 c frozen sugar snap peas
12 oz light tuna in water, drained
14.5 oz can diced tomatoes, drained

1 T lemon juice, 1 T white balsamic vinegar, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp kosher salt, and ground black pepper to taste

Cook pasta on the stovetop according to package directions (cooks for 10 minutes).

Combine frozen vegetables in a microwave-safe bowl and heat on High for 5 minutes.

Stir the dressing ingredients together until sugar and salt dissolve.

Add drained tuna and tomatoes to the bowl with the vegetables. Pour the dressing over, and stir gently to combine. Serve warm.
