1) Hat: 73.8 yds worsted cotton -1 ball Knit Picks: Main Line Yarn (75% Pima Cotton, 25% Merino Wool). 82 yards/50 gram ball
2) Tie: 5 yds – 1.3 oz / 61 yards leftover from 1 skein – Lamb’s Pride Worsted (85% wool, 15% mohair), 4 oz/113 g, 190 yds. Color M-230, Blue Skyways.

Needles: Size Us 7 (4.5 mm) double-pointed needles (DPN)

Gauge: 5 sts and 6 rows = 1 inch in St st

Finished size: Child (up to 20″ circumference, 5-3/4″ tall)

Leftover yarn:
1) Main Line: 0.3 oz/5 g, about 8.2 yds (used 45 g or 73.8 yds)
2) Lamb’s Pride Worsted: 1.2 oz / 32 g, about 57 g (used .1 oz or 4.75 yds)
