Menu: Gourmet 4th of July Party

Cook’s Notes: My partner and I were invited to a lovely poolside 4th of July party. The meal was simple and delicious, with grilled chicken and two kinds of salad. Here’s the menu our gracious hosts served:

  • Appetizer: Tortilla chips and salsa
  • Barbecued chicken (boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked on the grill then brushed with sauce)
