1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
6 Tbsp olive oil
Combine lemon juice, vinegar, garlic powder, sugar, salt, and pepper in a small lidded container. Seal the lid tightly. Shake vigorously until the sugar and salt dissolve. Add the mustard and oil. Mix well until thoroughly combined. Makes 4 oz.
Refrigerate dressing in an airtight container up to 2 weeks.
