Microwave Corn on the Cob

Tried and liked: The Cooks.com Web site gives instructions for steaming fresh ears of corn on the cob in the microwave. We have an 1100-watt microwave, and 2 minutes per ear worked great. So easy! No water to boil, and no grill to heat up. Use some of this summer’s sweet corn, you don’t even need to add butter to the cooked corn.
