Mango Berry Smoothie

We didn’t have any greens in the house, or I would have added 30 g baby spinach (about 1 cup) to this drink. However, the blend of fruits with nut butter is very pleasant. Mango makes the texture creamy. I used the Trader Joe’s Berry Medley in this smoothie.

Makes about 16 oz.

1.25 cups unsweetened vanilla coconut milk
1 Tablespoon sunflower butter
1 cup frozen mango chunks
3/4 cup frozen berry blend without added sugar
Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
